She is professional, responsive, accommodating, and treats everyone with respect, even in situations where many people would lose their patience. Managing a community is not easy, especially when dealing with difficult situations and residents who sometimes use online reviews as a weapon when they don’t get their way. That’s the part people don’t always see. What I’ve personally witnessed is someone who works hard to be fair, communicate clearly, and handle the “riffraff” professionally while still treating people like human beings. No property manager can make every single person happy, but Sherry genuinely puts in the effort every day, and that deserves recognition. The negative reviews don’t tell the full story. From my experience, she has been respectful, helpful, and committed to doing the best she can for the community.See MoreSee Less
