It was a pleasure staying here, would’ve love to be there longer but unfortunately the stairs were a fall risk issue for my mom. Property management was great and completed work orders in very timely manner. I hadn't rented an apartment sinceb the 80s. And boy how renting had changed. My initial move-in with the former site manager or point of contact named Grace I don't think she had alot of experience with property mgmt. She didnt clearly explained the...I hadn't rented an apartment sinceb the 80s. And boy how renting had changed. My initial move-in with the former site manager or point of contact named Grace I don't think she had alot of experience with property mgmt. She didnt clearly explained the move-in requirements and the portal to me. Plus I had to get help daily just to unlock my front door. For example, my front door lock had to be changed at least three times before I could get into the apartment without stopping by the office to ask her for help. Thank God Jose was always available to help me get in. Also the move-in check list wasn't explained clearly so I ended up not identify issues in the apartment in a timely manner. However, a few months later Ms. Ana Tola was the new OakHaven manager and boy did things at OakHaven change for the better. Ana professionally answered all my inquiries either via in-person or by email or phone. She helped me understand maintenance requests and portal submission for repairs and paying my rent etc. Am telling you if you want a caring and professional townhome apartment manager and maintenence team, Ms. Ana and Jose are for you. They are very attentive to your individual needs as well as the community. I spent 1 yr at OakHaven and love it. It was quiet and clean at all the time. Ana and Jose always addressed my apartment needs in an expedite manner and that was very surprising with just Ana and Jose handling all the Townhomes in OakHaven. I purchased a new home in the area. If it had not been for that opportunity I would still be a resident of OakHaven. The Townhomes design are stylish and well kept. So, if I ever needed to rent again in the Riverview area for whatever reason OakHaven would definitely be my first choice. Ana and Jose thank you both so much for making my rental experience after 46yrs the best ever. After 46 yrs and having rent an apartment for me was attempting to get a PhD. I felt like a fish out of water having to navigate rental requirements and whichbwas the best forvyour buck. OakHaven rent was readon for the style of townhone and community amenities and the offer nice incentives when I rented with them. Let me honest, I was a fish out of the water but OakHaven management helped me though that life experience. What a blessing I found OakHaven. From the first tour with Ana I knew we were home. She assisted me and my family when the situation was dire for us. She assured us that everything was going to be okay and the compassion she showed us was very much appreciated. Now there issues that ...From the first tour with Ana I knew we were home. She assisted me and my family when the situation was dire for us. She assured us that everything was going to be okay and the compassion she showed us was very much appreciated. Now there issues that occurred during this process with validation of income but again her assurance this would be done was very comforting. My family and I had to live in an AirBnB for a few days but Ana kept in contact with me everyday until the process was finally complete. She is one of a kind and if you want a nice area to live in come see Ana, she is the best! Thank you Ana for all that you did for me and my family we will be forever grateful!See MoreSee Less

The community is beautiful, very clean, and has a luxury feel to it. The subdivision is peaceful and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Ms. Ana Toala. She was incredibly helpful and patient with me on move-in day. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with open arms and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She took her time to explain everything clearly so I could fully understand, and that meant a lot to me. Ms. Ana Toala is very professional, respectful, and truly knows her job. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. She is also very kind, humble, and sweet—it’s rare to meet someone so genuine.
